NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-020906-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and DONNELL C. RECTOR A/K/A DONNELL RECTOR; CHAURYCE RAYMONDA BROOKS A/K/A CHAURYCE R. BROOKS A/K/A CHAURYCE BROOKS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; PRAIRIE LAKE RESERVE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk. realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 27th day of September 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 125, PRAIRIE LAKE RESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 63 THROUGH 70, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
