NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012 003574 CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Judy MacWilliams a/k/a Judith D. MacWilliams; Judith D. MacWilliams, as Trustee of the JDM Revocable Trust date March 30, 2005; The Unknown Beneficiaries of the JDM Revocable Trust date March 30, 2005; Stonegate Property Owners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 5th day of December, 2013, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, STONEGATE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 8A AND 8B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
