Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order dated August 13, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-03939 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee of the First NLC Trust 2005-4, Mortgage-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-4, Plaintiff and Sean Briggs and Vanessa Briggs, Husband and Wife and Phyllis Sberna, Surviving Spouse of Sal Sberna, (Deceased) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Barbara T. Scott, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on December 11, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgement, to-wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 3464, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 74, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 32A THRU 32P, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
