Lot 9, Block 381, Punta Gorda Isles, Section 18, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Pages 4A through 4Q, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.

AND ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
You are notified that an action to foreclose a promissory note and mortgage lien assessment on the above-described real property has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on ERNEST W. STURGES, JR., ESQ., GOLDMAN, TISEO & STURGES P.A., 701 JC Center Court, Suite 3 Port Charlotte, FL 33954, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before Oct 15, 2013; otherwise, a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
