MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATE #186, representing membership in TREE LAKES ASSOCIATION, INC., a cooperative, together with the appurtenant Proprietary Lease to Unit #186 of TREE LAKES TRAVEL TRAILER RESORT, A COOPERATIVE, according to an Exhibit “B” (plot plan, survey, and graphic description of improvement) of the Articles of Incorporation of TREE LAKES ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation, as shown in OR. Book 1043, Page 3299 of the Public Records of Manatee County, FL, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, the “Property.”
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Douglas A. Peebles, Esq., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1201 6th Ave. W., Suite 505, Bradenton, FL 34205, within 30 days of first publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint of petition.
