Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 19, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 7052, MILL CREEK, PHASE VII-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 106 THROUGH 119, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a/k/a 2015 145TH ST. E., BRADENTON, FL 34212
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on October 22, 2013 at 11:00 AM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
