NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on August 27, 2013, in Case No. 2011-CA-005070, of the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 2nd day of October, 2013 at 11:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
Lot 22, MAGNOLIA HILL, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 25, Pages 29 through 34, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water rights and stock and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property.
