NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 28, 2013, entered in Case No. 41 2009 CA 008324 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Deustche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2005-NC2 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Jo Ann Henderson; Lew W. Henderson; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 2nd day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, CONQUISTADOR BAYSIDE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 62 AND 63 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
