MANASOTA INDUSTRIAL PARK ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation, as Plaintiff and MICHAEL GURITZ a/k/a MICHAEL L. GURITZ and LINDA GURITZ a/k/a LINDA F. GURITZ the Defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M./P.M., on October 8 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The South 1/2 of Lot 12, Block C, of MANASOTA INDUSTRIAL PARK, a Subdivision, Phase “B” as recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 183, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
