NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 12, 2012 in Civil Case No.: 2009 CA 010472 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, WACHOVIA MORTGAGE FSB N/K/A WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and, THAI NGOC VU; THUNHI THI NGUYEN; RIO MAR AT SARASOTA RESIDENTS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; CASCADES AT SARASOTA REISDENTS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN TENANT N/K/A DAT VU; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. “Chips” Shore, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on October 1, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4062, CASCADES AT SARASOTA PHASE IV, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE(S) 191 THROUGH 197, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
