THE SOUTH 180 FEET OF TRACT NUMBER 104, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NUMBER 81, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 19 AND 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 380 EVERGLADES BLVD S, NAPLES, FL 34117; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Collier County Courthouse Naples, FL, on September 30, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
