NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2013 and entered in Case No.: 0907110CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. DLJ MORTGAGE CAPITAL, INC., is Plaintiff and MISSON, LLC.; NAPLES LARCHMONT CLUB, INC.,; WHETHER DISSOLVED OR PRESENTLY EXISTING, TOGTHER WITH ANY GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, OR TRUSTEES OF SAID DEFENDANT(S) AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST DEFENDANT(S); UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2;, are defendants. The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on September 30, 2013, at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail, 3rd Floor Lobby Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
