NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on the 30 day of September, 2013, at 11:00 A.M at the At Collier County Courthouse, in the Lobby on the 3rd Floor, Hugh Hayes Annex, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situate in Collier County, Florida:
THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LESS THE WEST 35'; COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
