NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 41-2012-CA-007201 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC., is the Plaintiff and JAMES E. DAVIS A/K/A JAMES EDWARD DAVID; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES E. DAVIS A/K/A JAMES EDWARD DAVID N/K/A DONNA DAVIS; FLORITA A. DAVIS A/K/A FLORITA ANN DAVIS are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on OCTOBER 1, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, LESS THE WEST ONE FOOT, AND LOT 5, BLOCK “C”, GLAZIER GALLUP LIST SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 109, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
