Marquis, Wendy Marquis a/k/a Wendy L. Marquis, Bayshore Gardens Home Owners Associations, Inc., are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 4th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
