NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 7, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 41-2011-CA-002171 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 9th day of October, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE NE CORNER OF LOT 7, BLOCK 1, G.H. JUDD`S SUBDIVISION OF NE 1/4, SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 222, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE WEST 121 FEET, SOUTH 213 FEET, EAST 121 FEET, NORTH 213 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
