NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 29, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-004291 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. 1, 1 Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and PETER V SCHRYVER; TENANT #1 N/K/A JEFF SCHRYVER are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 2 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
