BEGIN AT THE MOST SOUTHERLY CORNER OF LOT 4, BLOCK 60, WHITFIELD ESTATES; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG THE SOUTHEASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 4, 95.0 FEET TO THE MOST EASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT, 45.0 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 114.85 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, BEING A PART OF LOT 4, BLOCK 60, WHITFIELD ESTATES
