Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure In Rem, dated August 27, 2013 entered in Civil Case Number 2009CA006118AX, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-4, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-4 is the Plaintiff, and RYAN S. DUNCAN, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
THE EAST 80 FEET OF LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK A, A RESUBDIVISION OF BEAR`S SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 324, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 29th day of October, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
