ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-11 is the Plaintiff and HOWARD STANLEY, JR.; ZANNA RICE; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 10/14/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
