NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated June 19, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-001395-ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Soundview Home Loan Trust 2007-OPT4, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-OPT4, Plaintiff and Johnny Stacy, III a/k/a Johnny Stacy and Shawana C. Stacy, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on October 17, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 1, THE LANDINGS AT BELL LAKE, PHASE 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 133 THROUGH 135, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
