NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated June 25, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-010457-ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein PHH Mortgage Corporation, Plaintiff and John Alvarez and Rosa Alvarez, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on October 3, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 3, TIERRA DEL SOL PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 70 THROUGH 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
