FEET; THENCE SOUTH A DISTANCE. OF 150.00 FEET; THENCE WEST A DISTANCE OF 150.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN YEAR: 1993, MAKE: BROOKLYN, VIN#: FLFLP33A15458BF AND VIN#: FLFLP33B15458BF, MANUFACTURED HOME, WHICH IS PERMANENTLY AFFIXED TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LANDS. AS SUCH IT IS DEEMED TO BE A FIXTURE AND A PART OF THE REAL ESTATE.
