NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated June 13, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-000126-ES (J4) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Milagros A. Olivo a/k/a Milagros Olivo are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on October 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 4, IVY LAKE ESTATES, PARCEL ONE, PHASE THREE. ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGES 126 THROUGH 131, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
