Unit No. 1301, Building 13 of THE LAKES AT HERON COVE CONDOMINIUM PHASE V, a Condominium, according to plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 6, Page 79-83 and further being described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 6255, Page 887 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; and subsequent amendments thereto.

This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, GILBERT GARCIA GROUP, P.A., whose address is 2005 Pan Am Circle, Suite 110, Tampa, Florida 33607, on or before 30 days after date of first publication and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court 10/13/2013 either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
