NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-010859 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-CB7, is Plaintiff, and Christopher Glodeck; Kelly Glodeck, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc; and Bridgewater Community Association Inc, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 7th day of October, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 9 BRIDGEWATER PHASE 1 AND 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 110, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: STREET ADDRESS: 6946 BELT LINK LOOP, WESLEY CHAPEL, FL 33544
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
