Final Judgment was awarded on August 13, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 51-2012-CA-003741-WS/J3, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff, and, DOROTHY PREISLER; HANS PREISLER; WILLIAM HAYNES; ARLEEN C. HAYNES; BEACON WOODS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF COURTS FOR PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JAMES KWITKOSKI; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A DEBORAH COON; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
