NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-7958 WS/J2 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF J.P. MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-A4, Plaintiff, and, MAGAN, BARBARA, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 30TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2013, the following described property:
LOT 395, THE LAKES, UNIT FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE(S) 89 THROUGH 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
