NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 5, 2013 and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-4372-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST VASILIOS EUCLID, DECEASED; DEMOSTHENES EUCLID F/K/A DEMOSTHENES CHOCHLAKIS, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF VASILIOS EUCLID, DECEASED; NICK EUCLID F/K/A NICK CHOCHLAKIS, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF VASILIOS EUCLID, DECEASED; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY; VETERANS VILLAS II HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A RYAN YATES, and TENANT #2 N/K/A MIKE are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 10/11/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
