Mercado also known as Yaimar Mercado, Bank of America, N.A., Enrique Saavedra, Forest Hills East Civic Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 22nd day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

TOGETHER WITH THE NORTHWEST ¼ OF THE NORTHEAST ¼ OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, BEING 50 FEET WIDE, 25 FEET ON EACH SIDE OF THE CENTERLINE OF SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY, BEGINNING AT A POINT 492.43 FEET, MORE OR LESS, FROM THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF CATSKILL ROAD (FORMERLY MILE STRETCH ROAD), AS MEASURED IN A SOUTHERLY DIRECTION ALONG GRANTOR'S CENTERLINE, SAID BEGINNING POINT BEING THE INTERSECTION OF GRANTOR'S CENTERLINE AND THE WESTERLY EXTENSION OF THE LINE BETWEEN LOTS 111 AND 110 OF FOREST HILLS EAST SUBDIVISION, AND EXTENDING 55.89 FEET, MORE OR LESS IN A SOUTHEASTERLY DIRECTION AND ENDING WITH THE INTERSECTION OF GRANTOR'S CENTERLINE AND THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF MARLPOSA DRIVE (FORMERLY ELIZABETH AVENUE), ALSO BEING THE EXTENSION OF THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 110, OF SAID FOREST HILLS EAST SUBDIVISION.
