NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 1986, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2012-CA-003360WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and JEFFREY R. MEYER, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE J & K LAND TRUST DATED 10/11/2004, KAREN MALLUCK A/K/A KAREN A. MALLUCK, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE J & K LAND TRUST DATED 10/11/2004, UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST UNDER THE J & K LAND TRUST DATED 10/11/2004, EMBASSY HILLS CIVIC ASSN., INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 1 N/K/A JACQUELYN NAVARRO, are Defendants.

LOT 2037, EMBASSY HILLS UNIT FOURTEEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF. RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15. PAGE 51 AND 52 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY. FLORIDA.
