JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and LINDA L. MYERS; STEVEN E. MYERS; JANICE A. MYERS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA L. MYERS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A. F/K/A BANK OF AMERICA; are defendants. A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
