NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CC-004226, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Nature's Hideaway Phases I B Homeowners Association Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation is Plaintiff, and Kelly M. Miglicio, Sean M. McDonald, Bank of America, N.A. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on October 2, 2013, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 am., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, Nature's Hideaway, Phase I-B, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 125 through 129, of the Public Records of Pasco County Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
