NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 004134 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-10, is the Plaintiff and RICHARD NOLTE; JANET WOLF; TENANT #1 N/K/A: CLAIR ULMER are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on SEPTEMBER 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 786, 12TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13 AT PAGE 8, 8A THROUGH 8V, IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
