NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of August, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 001378 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY KELLY A/K/A JEFFERY KELLY; REGIONS BANK, DOING BUSINESS AS AMSOUTH BANK; LAUREL B. KELLY and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 4th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 18412 AND 18413, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 69, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
