Bricker and Barbara A. Bricker, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on October 2, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
