NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to two Writs of Execution issued in the County Court of Sarasota County, Florida, on the 28th day of March, 2013, and the 7th day of August, 2013, in the cause wherein CACH, LLC, Plaintiff, and Gabriela Gomez, Defendant, being case number 11CC7997NC, in said Court, I, Thomas M. Knight, as Sheriff of Sarasota County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the Defendant, Gabriela Gomez, in and to the following described personal property, to-wit:

I shall offer this property for sale at 2071 Ringling Blvd Sarasota, FL 34237, County of Sarasota, Florida, on October 15, 2013, at the hour of 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. I will offer for sale all of the said defendant's, Gabriela Gomez, right, title, and interest in the aforesaid personal property, at public auction and will sell the same, subject to taxes, all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder for CASH IN HAND.
