NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Plaintiffs Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated August 29, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2008 CA 014868 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 2nd day of October, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. online at the website: https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, PALMER GLEN, PHASE II, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
