NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2013, and entered in Case No. 58-2008-CA-018858-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein PNC Bank, National Association successor by merger to National City Bank successor by merger to National City Mortgage Co., is the Plaintiff and James Bryan Nicholas, A/K/A James B. Nicholas; Deanna S. Nicholas; Current Tenant(s); Bank of America, N.A.; and Sorrento East Property Owners Association, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on October 1, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK N, SORRENTO EAST, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
