NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash via internet at www.sarasota.realforeclosure.com, at 9:00 a.m. on October 16, 2013, that certain real property situated in the County of Sarasota, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Unit 35, Village In The Pines, Section Two, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 957, Page 356 through 368, inclusive, and as amended, and as per plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Book 5, Page 25 and 25A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
