NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 30, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 008935 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and LEVI JONES A/K/A LEVI W. JONES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEVI JONES A/K/A LEVI W. JONES N/K/A AMANDA JONES; JOHN DOE, and JANE DOE are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 26th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
