NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was filed on August 30, 2013, in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-052171, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, GMAC Mortgage, LLC is the Plaintiff, and NATALLIA V. MEAD are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 30 day of September, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF TRACT G IN W. STANLEY HANSON'S DIVISION OF THE WEST HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 35, THENCE RUN EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID TRACT G, FOR 94.07 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE LAND HEREBY CONVEYED; THENCE CONTINUE EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID TRACT G FOR 93.33 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH PARALLEL TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID TRACT G FOR 124; THENCE WEST AT RIGHT ANGLES WITH THE WEST LINE OF SAID TRACT G FOR 93.33 FEET; THENCE RUN N. AND PARALLEL TO THE WEST LINE OF TRACT G FOR 124 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
