Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 29, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 13-CA-961 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 30 day of September, 2013 at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 433, Building 13505, MUSA AT DANIELS, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Instrument No.: 2006000193278, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
