NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure filed in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell by electronic sale beginning at www.lee.realforeclose.com, pursuant to Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 A.m., on the 30 day of September, 2013, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
West one-half of Lot 24, Block 20, Unit 5, Section 35, Township 44 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the map or plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, recorded in Deed Book 254, Page 30, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
