NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-057145 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein THE NORTHERN TRUST COMPANY, AN ILLINOIS BANKING CORPORATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NORTHERN TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, FORMERLY KNOWN AS NORTHERN TRUST BANK OF FLORIDA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and JESSIE M. JOHNSON; TYRONE JOHNSON, JR.; CITY OF FORT MYERS, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, et al., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash.
