NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 30, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-056128 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Indenture Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee for AFC Trust Series 1999-2, Plaintiff and Theresa Tarver are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on October 2, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 18, AND THE WEST 1/2, OF LOT 17, BLOCK āJā, BELLEVUE ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9 PAGE 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
