NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 30, 2013, entered in Case No. 12-CA-055808 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Joe B. Huff; Ruby M. Huff; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 2 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11 AND 12, BLOCK 1354 OF UNIT 18, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE(S) 97-120, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
