NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-056274 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and MICHELE A. PERROTTO; PALM TREE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AND STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash , at on the 2 day of October, 2013 Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
