NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 30, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-053947 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Successor in Interest by Purchase from the FDIC as Receiver of Washington Mutual Bank as Successor in Interest to Long Beach Mortgage Company, Plaintiff and Roberto Jorge and Miriam Gonzalez are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on October 2, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
