NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order filed August 30, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-055151 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA, Plaintiff and Stuart Wayne Ostroff a/k/a Stuart Ostroff and Toni M. Ostroff a/k/a Toni Ostroff, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on September 30, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOtS 11 AND 12, UNIT NO. 4, SUBURBAN PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 166, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
